Marathon Training site was built to help both beginner and experienced marathon runners. As a running and marathon coach for several years I often get asked different questions related to marathon running and marathon training. Due to several requests from many successful runners that I have coached, I decided to build this site to offer programs, tips, advice and help to all runners who desire to run marathons.

As an experienced Kenyan coach I believe a good marathon training plan is key to success. That is part of why we in Kenya have been successful in middle and long distance running. Hard work is equally important!
